Little Charity Book Truck is proud to partner with Every Meal in 2027! All of the proceeds we raise through our book sales events are donated directly to support their amazing charitable work.

Every Meal is a Minnesota nonprofit dedicated to fighting child hunger through community and school partnerships.

Every Meal partners with 368 schools across Minnesota to provide 13,000 children with nutritious, shelf-stable weekend meal bags every week during the school year. Each bag contains enough food for multiple meals and is designed to be both nutritious and culturally relevant. The school-based model removes many of the barriers families often face when seeking food assistance. Children receive their meal bags directly at school before the weekend, eliminating the need for transportation, lengthy paperwork, or visits to a food shelf.

Good nutrition is foundational to a child’s ability to learn, focus, and succeed. When children have enough to eat over the weekend, they return to school on Monday better prepared to participate in class, engage with their peers, and reach their full potential. By reducing food insecurity, Every Meal helps create healthier, more stable environments where children can thrive both inside and outside the classroom.

Since their founding 16 years ago, Every Meal has distributed more than 16.5 million meals to Minnesota children.
